Systems Architect

As Lead Systems Architect for Digital and Mobile platform, you will define, develop and manage architecture strategy and solution for one of more platform components that support the Digital and Mobile products. You will identify and prioritize the key capabilities the platform needs, act as a product owner in defining the technical specifications, create solution approaches and work with the engineering teams in building the roadmap for executing the strategy. Key Responsibilities
-Responsibilities include, but are not limited to functional requirements review, architecture strategy development, and platform architecture design.
-Work with engineering professionals, architects and others within Visa to ensure that the solution will scale appropriately while being cost effective.
-Work with developers and guide them from technical perspectives during project construction.

Qualifications
-Minimum of eight years of experience in systems and solution design, architecture, and development.
-Must have prior experience in architecting and/or developing systems that have mobile front-end and backend. Hands-on experience on both iOS and Android development environments.
-Understand approaches and challenges in releasing mobile applications and lifecycle of these applications.
-Knowledge in Mobile Backend as a Service and key components of mobile backend services.
-Have exposure in mobile security for consumer facing applications.
-Must have working experience in high volume and large scale distributed systems.
-Must have hands-on experience in using UML for system architecture design.
-Expert knowledge in HTTP, REST, JSON, XML, AJAX, SPA and design patterns.
